SITUATED in the up and coming Sector 67 on the Golf Course Road, M3M Merlin is an expansive towering condominium that offers its inhabitants a serene residence.

One cannot miss the multiple water bodies in the condominium that don’t just keep the temperatures lower, but also look scenic against the pristine white towers. The condominium compromises 10 towers that have 20, 22, 24, 28 or 34 floors.
All the apartments have been designed in the Singaporean style of architecture, to ensure maximum natural light and air in the apartment.
M3M Merlin has an array of amenities for residents — a fully equipped gymnasium, squash court, pool tables, cricket pitches, basketball court, lawn tennis court, table tennis court, card room, children’s play park, jogging tracks, lush green lawn and three swimming pools. A fourth pool, specially meant for water sports, is under construction.
While the maintenance of the condominium is being looked after by a private firm, all executive decisions are taken in a three-fold manner with the consensus and participation of the maintenance agency, builder representatives and the residents. Resident Amit Nagpal, a service professional says, “I moved into the condominium at the beginning of this year and am loving living here. The interiors are airy and designed beautifully, while the exteriors and landscaping make it visually beautiful.”
Another resident, Seema Phogat, said, “It is such a beautiful society and the houses are beautiful. People talk about taking vacations in London, Italy and other foreign shores. I find my home here better than most vacation spots.”
The central clubhouse that is adjacent to the infinity pool boasts of dark wood and glass architecture and houses the condominium’s private restaurant, which can also be converted into a banquet hall for 100 people. One can often find residents gathered here over a cup of coffee or on the decks of the swimming pool, enjoying the winter evenings.
One can also find residents on the lawns, practising yoga and taking walks.
While the condominium offers many amenities to its residents, it also has its own set of challenges. Jyostna Narula, a resident, says, “The condominium boasts of world-class design but being a new property, there is still a lot that needs to be done so that residents have no complaints.”
She says that the condominium has many beautiful spots and a strategic location close to the prominent roads of Delhi, Faridabad and Gurugram. She says that residents live as a close-knit community within its premises and celebrate all festivals and occasions with gusto.

Sharad Sharma, one of the first residents of the condominium, said, “There is a lot of bonding among residents here. Whether it is cultural functions, security and safety or any other issue, residents maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with stakeholders and the facility management team to come up with lasting solutions to the issues.”
Sharma also appreciated the availability of an ambulance. He says that a few months ago, there was a life-threatening emergency and his father needed to be transported to a hospital immediately. He says, “It is remarkable that Merlin has its own ambulance for residents of the society, and if needed, for the other condominiums in the vicinity as well. Availability of an ambulance instantly helped our family get the medical support we needed at a critical juncture.
